4" lift with 35's question.

I'm switching some stuff up on my 72' K5. I've got a 4" lift now and I want to run 35's(315/75/16), I just sold my 255/85/16's. I have stock steering set up with 16x8 steel rims with 4" of backspacing. Anybody running a set up similar to this? Any rubbing issues? My rig is pretty much all road, no real heavy offroad. I was lookin at the pitman arm and it looks close to where the tires would be. Can the factory axles handle 35's with no problem, just curious about the bearings. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
