New to Forum with a question

1970 4x4. 71-72 Grill. Bought it that way but I'm thinking about purchasing the 70 grill again for it!

I've been using it almost as a daily driver for a few weeks now.

I do have a question to start off with:

Under partial acceleration, maybe 5-10% throttle, the truck seems to have a hesitation after a little time under acceleration. (It doesn't start that way but rather, accelerates, then power falls off. Sputters and loses power. Anything over a light amount of throttle, the issue doesn't exist.

I'm not very good at diagnosing these things yet, so i figured I'd introduce myself and ask a question!

The truck has the original motor I believe. It's a three speed on the column.

I haven't learned a whole lot about the truck and the ins and outs yet, but I'm sure that will come with time.

PS the pup is Molly.

Thanks in advance!
