power steering pulley doesn't line up

Hey guys just finished a top end and painted the motor well and the engine. Also got new crank, water pump and alt pulleys in polished aluminum to match the build. Now my power steering pulley doesn't line up. It looks like it needs to come out a quarter of an inch. Are there shims for this? The crank and water pump pulleys are matching set, and I got a chrome alt with its own pulley, so this was by no means a kit with matching parts.
