frame vin decoding

I purchased a 72 shortbed a few months ago. The seller said the cab came from a 72 c10 longed but the original short frame was from a 68. I recently had a friend over that said the frame is from a 66. The numbers located on the frame on the drivers side just pass the core support are as follows

0143169

or

O143169

I can't quite tell if the first character is a letter O or a zero. The 9 at the end I am 75% sure its a 9. If anyone could help me decode the number I would greatly appreciate it. I was just about to start ordering porter built suspension parts and if this is not a 67-72 frame, I will have to locate one before moving forward.
