Keeps tossing the power steering belt

My truck keeps tossing its power steering belt, and from what I can tell its lined up perfectly.

The only thing I can see wrong is that the groove in the factory pulley is pretty narrow. Current belts are a little "fat" for it, and so I think they ride up too high in the groove.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there such a thing as a narrower belt, or does it vary by brand, or are they all the same?
