Remember you asked, there will be a day in the future were you will have the time and money. The truck looks like it can still run and if so why aren't you making the same memories with your 2 lil ones that You have? If it don't run put around $20 a check back in a separate account till you do have the money. It's small enough that you won't miss it but eventually will accumulate to a large sum. In the meantime it shouldn't cost you too much just sitting there and you will forever kick yourself for getting rid of your dads truck. The only reason I am building a 67 project is because it reminds me of my grandpa and when he taught me how to drive. Maybe due that with them or by the time you met back up with your dad they would have enough money (many $20 deposits) to fulfill their dads wish of rebuilding his dad's truck. Your welcome
