Question about headlight switch

I have the Painless Performance Wiring Harness P/N #10206 and having issues with my brake lights. There is no actual fuse for the tail lights and I have installed new brake light housings for both right and left. Would the headlight switch actually cause the tail lights not to work? Mind you the headlights, turn signals, and brake light does work.

Just lost in where the issue is lying.
