Questions on a Cummins swap

Hey i was wondering if anyone out there has done a 12 valve Cummins swap in your '81-'87 Suburban. I'm pretty interested in doing a swap, as I have taken my small block apart and reassembled it more than I'd like. I think the 12 valve is an incredible motor, and it would turn my old suburban into a monster, thanks guys, any info on frame modifications or problems you encountered would be great, just doing research for now.
