Upper Control Arm spacing

Got my frame back from restoration shop to finish some work on it myself. Noticed the front it has significant amount of positive camber and I'm not sure these spacers/shims they put on are right. I haven't talked to them about it yet, but I'm guessing they did it to clear the x-member brackets underneath the control arm cross bar. Has anyone had to cut the bracket underneath for the control arms to clear it? I've already been in contact with Nathan Porter about how to adjust the camber, but after looking at several installations on the forum I've noticed the spacers on mine are the oddball.
