Ok, this looks like it might be fun.
The age old question everyone vs. Qjet. I say the same thing about Qjets, they are junk, but they are only junk for one reason, they leak like a sieve. I have two Qjets and two edelbrocks, the Qjets eat them alive on the street when they are properly tuned, but about every six months or so I have to replace the seals to keep them from leaking gas all over my manifold. As for the edelbrocks they are great for someone who doesn’t want to mess with tuning all the time, have never needed to tune the edelbrocks I have (except when I first put them on). Its up to you if you like the stock look, you also might want to take a look at Demon carbs, they seem to be very nice carbs.
