Rear Cab Panel?

I started stripping the rear cab wall on my 69 swb tonight and realized it was beat to hell. There was bondo nearly from the drivers side b pillar to passenger side b pillar. Some of it was 1/4 thick or more. Mostly around the top of the window to the roof, looks like it was caused by ladders or such. Now for my question, does anyone sell the complete panel; door jamb to door jamb, 6 inches above the rear window on the seam down to the cab corners? It would save me SO much headache to just replace it. It seems simple and realistic, drill out the spot welds on the door jambs, on roll the drip rail (shaving that anyway), drill out spot welds on the window inlay, and cut along the seam on the back roof. And it they don't reproduce this, does anyone have a cab they would shred for lil' ol' me?
Thanks guys,
Joe
