1968 C20 Not Starting

I just bought a 1968 C20 yesterday, and it started okay and I drove it home. There was an issue when I am slowing down and releasing gas, at probably around 30mph, there's a sound from what sounds like it's coming from towards the back, and it felt a tiny bit shaky too, but started okay everytime. Not sure what this issue was...

Then, this morning I went to start the truck and it wouldn't start? The lights won't go on and it's not making any noise at all, almost as if the battery is dead. I took off the battery and charged it from a trickle charger, which took about 2 hours, and then it was charged? I reconnected the battery, but still, the same thing is happening- not starting, not making any sort of noise, and none of the lights will turn on.

Does anyone have any suggestions or information about either of these issues? Thanks so much!
