Need Help ADE frame swap

I started my frame swap in 2008 a 1951 Chevy 1/2 ton onto a 96 S10 frame, at that time there was not much info out there on the S10 AD swap. Thinking I could save time I ordered a kit from Advanced Design Engineering. The swap is about half done but after three moves I managed to lose the instructions. ADE is out of business and not accepting phone calls or emails. Their site says closed due to injury and long recovery. I spoke with Robert the owner a couple times early on, I hope its nothing too serious. If anybody has a copy I sure could use them as I really don't want to start over but I may have to. I would appreciate any info on who may have a copy.

Thanks
Tom
