Help with trade... - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have a 1992 F**d M*****g GT that is in real nice condition with the exception of a roughed up quarter panel. Kelly Blue Book rates it fair with the damage and worth $3500. I have the opportunity to trade it for a short wide 1/2 ton 307 3spd truck. It is in peices but the cab is rust free and there is no signifigant damage. no options to speak of, new tires and wheels plus a running 70 something chebby station wagon with a 350/350 for transplant to the truck. Is this an even trade or should I go for some cash? Maybe I am getting the good deal?
