3.73 vs 4.11 ?
Trying to get clear in my mind which way to go on my 68. Going to pull the 327 w/automatic (no original) and put back a 250 I6 with spd 3 OTT (factory set up) mostly for the novelty of it. The existing truck has 4.11 posi unit in it now and considering using a 5 lug no posi 3.73 just to improve the highway rpms on the occasional commute to work. Any suggestions/ideas if the 3.73 would be the best option?
