buy a 64' or 70'

Ok guys I already have a 62' that I'm building and looking for something to build in the future. I have the chance to buy a 64' or a 70'. Just wondering what people would go with. I like the 70 because it's a different design then I have now. One more question the 70' is a c20 with a utility box, I was thinking that I can swap out box with fleet or step also going to shorten the frame to short bed. I plan on lowering too. It being a c20 is that going to be a problem or is it basically a heavy duty c10. Both are selling for around 900 just need some input .
