Transmission Problems.... 4L80e
Hello all!
I recently purchased a 1998 C3500 Crew Cab and am now experiencing transmission issues. I have been reading online about different treatments and nothing seems to work... I am really hoping that a total rebuild is not required... The problem: The truck doesn't shift to 2nd till 2500-3000 rpms. It only does this from 1st to 2nd. I have replaced the 1-2 shift solenoid and added the correct amount of new transmission fluid. I am really hoping someone can point me in the right directions before I park it to save for a rebuild.
