Underdash AC relay.

I purchased a truck that has under dash AC and I'm trying to get it to work, but I first have to fix the wiring.

1) doesn't have a fuse before or after the no. 30 terminal.
2) no. 85/86. One has ground the other is not connected. I don't know where this is supposed to come from and how to connect it.

If I provide direct power to the 85/86 that isn't grounded, the relay clicks and I get the under dash fan and ac compressor to switch on, but I'm certain that's not how the relay should be connected.

Also, since there are two no 30 terminal, can I use one for AC and the other for electric fan or should I run another relay for the fan?

Second also, which electric pusher fan do you recommend?
