Refer to your carb manual but PVC normally connects to the base of the carb. On Q-jets and AFB derived carbs(Edelbrock 14XX series), PVC goes to a port on the front and the brake booster goes to a port on the back of the back of the carb. Not sure about Holleys.

You should also have two small ports, one labeled manifold vacuum and a second labeled ported. Cap the ported one and your distributor advance goes to the manifold one.

Transmission and heater connects to the port in the manifold. Brake booster can also connect to the manifold port if the carb lacks a special port.
