Correct oil for 65 C10

Hello Guys, just looking for some advice on engine oil for my C10,327 cu in V8 that I just brought back from the U.S, what grade do you guys run? Tempretures over here can vary from -3 or so in winter to +25 or so in summer (very rare!). Only going to do 3000 or so miles per year, mainly as a weekend cruiser? Any recommendations?

Also would you run standard EP90 in the diff and manual box?

Cheers,

Danny
