Couple blazer questions

1. Where is the build sheet located on a blazer. In my truck is was behind the bench seat. I can't find the one for my blazer (probably long gone) but just curious to where people have found theirs.

2. My driver side torsion box has a good chunk missing because of rust. I don't plan on doing any major rust repair anytime soon. However, I have heard that the body can shift quite a bit when the top is off and your panels are rusty. Has anyone removed the end cap of the torsion box and thru-bolted some additional steel / metal for support?
