1972 Chevy Cheyenne PU with Fact. Air

We have completly restored the AC with new wiring harness and other components to make operational. There is a 2 wire plug behind the glove box to connect to the AC cutout switch, and we have that ordered. What I would like to find is a module that lets you set the desired temperature and it will act as a thermostat for the AC. What would be nice is something to set and maintain the desired temp, and still have the AC cutout switch so that the compressor doesn't run all of the time that the blower switch is on. Anyone with info on something like this would be helpful, if not maybe we can get a MFR. interested in making such a simple device.
