Disc Brake Conversion: Master Cylinder Question

Planning on putting a set of CPP 2.5" drop spindle disc brakes on my '70 C10 soon, and I know I need a Proportioning Valve, but as far as the MC I've hit a wall.

I cannot seem to find a manual brake disc/drum (keeping rear drum) master cylinder. I see there's one on CPP for a 71-72, will this one fit my C10? I'd imagine so, but there's a lot of things I assumed on this truck and came up wrong.

Also, how do I remove the parking brake line from the rear drum backing plate? Mines frozen and needs to be replaced.
