Engine Swap

I'm thinking of doing a engine swap on my 69 C-10. It currently has a 250 six and I'm thinking of replacing it with a 292 six. I know this seems pretty easy, but my concern is with the frame mounts for the engine. The drivers side looks like it may be fine, but the passenger side has to be moved. Are there any other problems that I may run across? Will the ones on my truck now work for the 292?
Also does anyone have a set of the 292 badges that fit on the fenders?
