Chevrolet C20 1970 Bench Seat

Hello everbody,

I am restoring a 1970 Chevrolet C20 Longhorn but I now have a problem with the bench seat. I ordered new upholstery for it but it doesn't fit. The bench seat which was in the car is more angled than the upholstery/the bench seat which should be in the car originally. I also noticed that it has those two plastic guards around the seat belts but they are not shown on the catalogue for the C20. The backrest is also thicker than the upholstery.

I did some research and found out that it could be a bench seat out of a 1981 to 1987 GMC because of those seat belt guards and the angled backrest.

Can anybody identify this bench seat, or tell me if it could be original to the car?
