3 door

How common is a 3 door suburban ? It is a 1970 4x4 with a straight six, I am trying to work a deal with him but am not really sure what it is valued at. He said it ran when parked but has not been started in over a year, body looks decent from what I can tell in the pics, has aftermarket buckets in front and a din radio. The passenger side front has been hit needs grill, bumper, fender and more than likely a support and inner fender. Doesn't appear to be frame damage though just sheet metal. Also it is in black primer. Appears to have a bit of lift and has 35 " tires under it
