Brake Lights and Horn Suddenly gone.

I posted in an old thread about this but I just decided to make a new one. I've constantly had problems with my turn signals not working correctly but two days ago my horn and brake lights went completely out. I replaced the screws in the light housings and now the turn signals are working better than ever but the brake lights are still out. As for the horn I have no clue. There is a wire running off of the battery to the side of the truck under the hood. I have a photo of it as its been split, could this be part of my problem?
