Is this driver or passenger side

I don't like all that "left" and "right" side. It varies too wildly depending on who you're talking to, and what part of the vehicle you happen to be facing at the time. I don't know why everything isn't just "driver" or "passenger" side. Anyway rant over.

Do they mean the driver's side, on this particular item? I need to replace the driver's side assembly. I've already done the passenger side.
