72 C-10 throttle cable

Does anyone have the correct throttle cable length for a 72 c-10 with a 350 using a Holley 600 cfm (4160) carb.? My engine is in the rearward set of mounting holes (the 4wd position). Parts catalogs I have seen list 2 lengths of stock cables for 71-72 but don't list the lengths of the cables, one for 2wd & another for 4wd.,which I assume is shorter. The cable I have now is 21" from end to end, & is way too long for my application. I know aftermarket cable set ups are avail. from Lokar & others, but I would like to use a stock cable if possible.
Anyone have a measurement for the 4wd cable ??
