Rear Glass One-Piece Rubber - Need Help

Hey Guys

So I'm getting ready to install the back window on my cab and I can't find any good articles on it. My truck came with the rear window trim that bolts in from the inside of the cab - not the two piece bead locking type window that I am able to find so many articles on...

Attached are some photos of what I have going on. Essentially the one piece rubber is supposed to go around the glass and then the whole thing gets sandwiched between the bezel and the window opening on the cab. One of my main concerns is that it looks like I would have to actually drill holes through the rubber in order to have the bolts pass through it into the bezel. Seems dangerous so close to the glass...

Anyways, If anybody has any advice for me or can hit me with a good link on this it would be very much appreciated. Thanks guys
