bleeding brakes 1 side no fluid???

71 K10 going through the steps of bleeding the brakes start at the back pass side, then i go over to the drivers side and no fluid????? just to add to this i took the whole bleeder out to see if it would come and still nothing. what do i do next? is it the caliper?
