Inner fender questions: undercoating and painting.
It's time to put the inner fender back on. I bought a Key Parts (that is what I was told it was) passenger inner fender and although it's painted black, should it be painted again?
Do I need to send it to the painter? Should it be undercoated? If so, how best to undercoat it?
