Fender Tuck/Lowering Truck - Need Help

Hello, I have read through virtually every thread talking about ECE's lowering kits vs. other lowering kits and through threads discussing bagged C10s.

While the ECE 4/6 seems like the most economical option to get my truck as low as possible it still lacks the "fender tuck" that I want. I don't need my truck slammed to ground and this is why I am not completely sold on bags.

That said, I really love the look of having both fenders slightly tucked.

Can anyone give any advice to how I can achieve this look with out breaking the bank or having massive rubbing issues?
