I'm not familiar with these but it appears to be factory and the truck had dual battery trays. The solenoid looks like a replacement? Pink wire with grommet went behind DVR fender to fuse block adjacent to the light harness and connected to the accessory terminal I believe.
Dual terminal blocks just like the stock one near the RH side battery on all trucks, the terminal blocks were mounted on each front fender, RH adjacent to the standard one. It has 2 clips that hold the wire up on the core support in front of the radiator.
