replacing stock air cleaner with performance model

I searched but couldn't find a thread on this . . .

So I want to convert a stock air cleaner on my '70 C10 w/350 but it looks like there will be some vacuum lines that won't have a place to go. So what's a guy to do? There's one that goes from the back of the carb to the flap thing in the air intake that is the one I'm concerned about. Otherwise the breather goes in the now unused hole in the valve cover so that makes sense.

Sorry for the ignorance, but i'm a little concerned about screwing something up.
