Epoxy coated my new garage
Got a new house and decided to paint the floors in the garage before I filled it with tools.
This is the floor after power washing it. Used a degreaser and pump sprayer to scrub it down before pressure washing it a second time. My brother and his gf hard at work Then acid etched the floors Drying for 24 hours Painted! Kinda a bad picture but turned out pretty nice. I used a Rustoleum tintable epoxy but it came out way more pink then the box made it look. We didn't have a lot of time to do it since it requires 72 hours before you can move heavy equipment on it and my brother had to be out of his house. I wanted to caulk all the joints and fill the chips in the floor but this will have to do. Maybe after I build a detached garage I can redo this floor. Need to paint the walls, add lights, and install a few 220 outlets for my welding equipment and compressor.
