Quick antenna and fuse box questions

Two quick questions, hoping someone can shed some light on.

1. I have this antenna base mounted on my 65 GMC 1000, but I'm missing the telescoping (or solid) part that comes out of this hole. The hole measures slightly greater than 1/4" (0.267" with my caliper). Can you get a replacement of just the telescoping part, or do I have to replace the entire assembly?

(Question moved from another thread where it was buried)

2. I have a couple of empty fuse slots in my panel, where I am missing the right hand side fuse holder. Are those sold individually somewhere? Can't seem to find em online yet.
