Well, my rear end is toast

On this other 66. I am about to push this thing into the street and move on. I pulled the axles to install the 5 lug CPP axles I bought. Someone, along the line, had "rebuilt" the rear end but removed the factory Posi and installed a beat up "Open" carrier and best of all? They used 63-64 guts with 17 spline axles and spiders. I also noticed the mounting pads where the u-bolts fit through, 1 of the holes is wollowed out really bad. I cannot find a rear end in Austin area that I can afford at all. This project is dead to me.
