Fixing bad paint buff job...?
I need advice from paint gurus. I just got back my 81 stepside from a painting job. It looks overall great EXCEPT for the fact that the painter buffed the clear coat, but it does not look right. It looks streaky. Can this be rebuffed by someone who knows how to do it? Or should it be re-clearcoated?
