Little tune up fixed major problems

Whenever I get a new car, or new old car, I always do the plugs, wires, cap rotor, hoses and belts. Truck had a little stumble when I got it Sunday, but it ran ok. I figured it had a vacuum leak somewhere. When I was giving it the tune up last night we found this. Truck runs so fast and smoother now. It is like a put in a brand new motor.
