I6 to V8 Clutch Linkage HELP PLEASE

Hello everyone,

I recently bought a 68 k20 suburban that was originally an I6 and the previous owner converted it to a V8. After inspecting it a little further it appears that the clutch linkage is sitting loosely in the block and has a lot of play on the frame side as well. The main question here is whether or not the Z bars are the same for an I6 and a V8.. I can't find a new z bar online and there isn't anything wrong with this one... Unless its the wrong size? Please let me know what you guys think and if you have any suggestions/pictures!

Thanks!
