Thread locker /flywheel nessecary ?
Hi , Im an newbee here and have a 3/4 ton 1966 GMC ( since 1980 ! ) with an 292 , muncie grannybox that finally died - 50 yrs .
I'm retrofitting an 1980's NP440 trans - only two bolt holes fit the '66 bell housing . (For the other side we are making an strap/bracket more later on that ). On flywheel shall I use the star washers and some red loctite on the flywheel bolts ? Dazzoman |
