1984 quad headlights draining battery
I replaced my alternator and checked the rear post it is sending out 12.6 volt at idle. Im getting 12.6 volts at the battery too. When I turn on the headlights the stock volt gauge drops to 9. The headlights are very dim and the blinkers wont flash. Turn off the headlights and the blinkers flash and volt meter comes up. What do I check next?
