Static drop or put on air

Getting a little bit of cash from a fender bender it I was in it was not my fault

Need to replace a front coil anyways
Thinking 5-6" slams front and 7-8" slams rear( most travel I can get)

Can get lower springs n shocks but for like 1-200 more I can do air.. then another 1-2 for shorter shocks

Only want up down to front and back and 1 simple up n down on all..
Thinking even about hard lining it simple to under my seat
1 big valve for all and 2 smaller for front n back

Thoughts?
Brand of bags for front r back if I piece together a kit

Small tank maybe 5 gals??
I have even seen a friend's in his 62 bug a simple tank with air chuck to fill..

Anyone know how many lbs the tank should hold
And at 5gals how many times up n down could I get??
