Front air ride only

Okay I'm at work and I'm thinking about things to do to my truck. Currently my truck has a drop kit.... in the rear it's dropped on blocks bolt on C notch and it looks like the previous owner remove some leaf springs and in the front it looks like all he did was cut the springs it's a real bad ride my intentions is to get a set of CPP drop spindles up front and a set of new Springs as well in the rear I want to bring it down some more, maybe some drop hangers and shock extensions to kind of get it a little lower. I got under the truck and look at the distance I have about 6 inches of play with.....i want to do is drop it down maybe 4 more inches get it down as low as I can without sacrificing cutting into the bed....now the front is where I have the question can I want to run front bags only..... some will say why not just do the whole thing because $$$$ I figured I can lower the rear and not be too worried about it but I know if I lower the front down 6-7 inches I might have problems so if I put an air ride up front and leave the rear until I'm ready to install bags in the rear well I guess my question is has anyone done this.... just put bags up front
