NV4500 swap help

Yes, another NV4500 thread with some dummy asking questions.

The truck im working with is an 85 K20 350 with a hydraulic clutch SM465 backed with an NP208 tcase.

I've already bought a 96 and up 4wd GM NV4500 32 spline transmission.

Here's what I know from lots of research: (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)
- I need an Advance Adapter 96 and up belhousing kit to bolt my NV4500 to my 350
- I need an Advance Adapter slave cylinder bracket kit to make my stock slave work after I install the threaded rod for their fork
- my NP208 will bolt right up since it came from a SM465 truck
- I can use my stock SM465 flywheel
- a new hole will have to be cut in my trans tunnel for the shifter
- my trans crossmember will work with the NV4500 because it is a double hump crossmember
- my drive shaft will not need to be modified
- I will need a 10 spline 11" clutch disk

Now for my questions:
Can I use my SM465 pressure plate?
Can I use my SM465 throw out bearing or will I need the AA bearing?
What do I need to do to my transfer case gear selector stick so that it won't interfere with the NV4500 gear stick?

That's it, after all this research I can't figure out what clutch to run without having to spend $300+ on the AA clutch stuff and what to do so my gear sticks wont touch.

Thanks for your help guys
