C-Notch on a 66 c10 with a rear-mount gas tank?

I did a frame-off on my 66 c-10 fleet-side long-box about eight years ago. The truck is beautiful, but I have never been completely satisfied with its stance. I put 4" drop springs on the back and 2' drop springs on the front even before it was rebuilt. I just recently added 2-1/2 inch drop spindles in the front for a total drop in front of 4-1/2".

I intend to use a c-notch and bags to get the back lower.

The thought I've since had (a little late, I know) and thus my question - is can a c-notch hold the weight of a full tank of gas?

I currently have roughly 4-1/2' between the axle and the frame, so obviously, I need more room if I want to go at least 4' lower.

I couldn't find this subject on any thread. I missed it if it's already posted.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
