As per endelbrock instructions , pull top of carb off adujust float height using 7/16 drill bit ,pull adjustment screws out blow the ports out with a small amount of compressed air, run adjustmenscrews back in then 1.5 turns out starting point, clean bowl and power vents , put top half of carb back . start engine and adjust carb after warm up...
