Question Follow the bouncing gauges

Hi, So here's the deal...... I have 78 Chev Stepside. I love "Elvis'.. But there is a problem that one of you knowledgable people could help me with. The needle on my gas gauge bounces back and fourth when I'm driving down the road. Not a major deal I guess, it still tells me how much gas is in the tank. (single gas tank).... Whats the fix.???
Next bouncing gauge. The speedometer. When I get up around 75 or 80, the needle bounces around a lot. Any simple fix for this one??
Also, I left a post earlier about an 83 Blazer for sale. The going price is down to $300. read the post and email me for info. Thanks !!
