speedy sleeve

I'm getting ready to put new u-joints and a carrier bearing in my truck. I've noticed in the past that my tailshaft leaks, and it looks as if the yoke has a very slight groove worn in it. I figured I would replace the tailshaft seal while I fix the driveshaft. I was wondering if anyone has used a speedy sleeve to fix the problem I have with the yoke. I really don't want to buy a new yoke if I don't have to. Thanks
